This is the complaint letter i sent to Sydney Buses:
"Today I was waiting on Victoria Road, waiting for the 501 to take me to the city.
As usual, the 8:10 bus didn't arrive. Nor did the 8:19. The bus arrived at 8:25am.
While i was waiting, i saw 3 x L20s; 3 x 510, one 518 and one 507.
When the 501 did arrive, there were two of them.
Why is this bus route unreliable? And why don't you use the extra bus to pick communters up in between waits?"
Sigh....

I stumbled across this blog while looking for a route map. I have used this bus twice and have had the same problem. I thought it would be a quick way to get from my work to my girlfriends place. I thought I just missed a bus and then had to wait 20 mins for the next. Another time I was about 10mins before the scheduled bus because I rushed but still the 5:40 didn't come until 5:58. I realise its just quicker to walk.
